I first tried this game a few months back and gave up after the second room. But yesterday I completed Escape from Castle Claymount, so I decided to try this one again. So glad I did! I love how interconnected the puzzles are. And the game is visually stunning, too!
I have no idea what I'm supposed to do with the sigils... I know what they all mean, but I have no clue how I'm supposed to use them on the safe. It doesn't make any sense to me, and I don't know what I'm supposed to do... Like, is it supposed to be 8 divided by 4 = 2? But there's no symbol for =. I think I'm gonna go stare into the vastness of space outside my window for a while.
In the first room after you cut the key if you click on the cut rope it does the animation and the key and rope reappear as if you didn't cut it until the animation finishes
I left poor robot hanging on that kite, I feel bad now. Great game. You motivated me to try and tackle games like Myst or The Room. I will be checking more of your games soon. Cheers!
i have no idea how you ppl r finishing this "without too much frustration" as one of the comments read, I HAVE A FUCKING LIGHTBULB AND AM STUCK IN THE FIRST ROOM WITH NO IDEA WHAT IM DOING!!!! im clicking everything i can find with this stupid lightbuld but its not doing anything
The amount of callbacks to earlier parts and 'aha' moments is really impressive. I love that there are so many different types of puzzles, yet they are all really fun to go through. It was such a great experience, thanks for making this :)
Although I frequently was stumped by certain puzzles--primarily due to me not clicking the correct object--I found that this game balanced difficulty with intrigue. I often knew what I needed to do to advance myself in the game once I overcame a hang-up. Overall, I would recommend this game if you're wanting to spend a good hour or two solving plenty of puzzles that have a double-sided nature to them : ) Very nice environment, but the movement controls could be more simplified/optimized in certain areas (ex. bridge, stairs, balcony)
This was a fun little game! There's a lot to discover and solve - I was really impressed by how much was packed into it! The puzzles themselves were all quite fair and solvable without too much frustration, too.
My only suggestion would be making it more clear that the game has an autosave feature so you can leave it and come back later if needed.
